Per Title 18, California Code of Regulations, section 1628, your subscription includes transportation cost. Your subscription includes applicable discounts tax reimbursement computed to the nearest mil. Payments & credits extend your expiration date. Notices of rate changes will be mailed or emailed to the subscriber billing address prior to the rate change effective date.
All subscriptions include applicable discounts tax. Upon your expiration date, the cost for the subscription grace period could be higher than the rate that was previously paid. During the "grace period", the rate will be as stated in your renewal notice, which could be higher than the rate that was previously paid since the rate will transition into the then current rate for your account. If you offer not notified The Modesto Be that you are terminating your account prior to your renewal date, your account may qualify to briefly transition into a "grace period" account status until you either make the past due payment or the "grace period" expires. For your convenience, your subscription will automatically renew after the initial term at the current rate unless you contact The Modesto Be to cancel. Subscriptions sold & fulfilled by The Modesto Be within 5-7 business days after order. Must bring name, address, email & phone number at checkout, which will only be shared to facilitate subscription orders and shopper service & shall otherwise not be disclosed to third parties.
The Modesto Be reserves the right to reject your purchase or prorate your subscription term to reflect current subscription pricing if you do not qualify for introductory pricing, or are outside of the delivery area. Working only for shoppers who offer not subscribed in the past 30 days within the home delivery area. Limit 1 per person, may buy 3 additional as gifts.
